Job Summary
iSkylar Technologies is seeking an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive lead generation across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, SMM, and various other digital marketing strategies. You will be solely responsible for the execution and management of all digital marketing activities, ensuring that our company’s online presence is optimized for growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate high-quality leads through various digital marketing channels including SEO, SMM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- SEO Management: Oversee all SEO activities including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, link building, and content strategy to enhance organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Social Media Marketing (SMM): Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across all relevant platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Content Marketing: Create and oversee the content strategy to ensure it aligns with the company’s goals and resonates with our target audience.
- PPC & Advertising: Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to the management team to inform decision-making.
- Strategy Development: Develop and refine the overall digital marketing strategy, staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices to ensure iSkylar Technologies remains competitive.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure that all digital marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s goals and are executed effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong track record in lead generation and digital marketing.
- Expertise in SEO, SMM, content marketing, PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
