About the Role:
iSkylar Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between our sales team and potential clients by understanding client requirements, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless communication. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by supporting the pre-sales process with your analytical and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Requirement Analysis: Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements. Analyze business processes, workflows, and technical requirements to provide tailored solutions that align with client goals.
- Solution Design: Develop and present customized solutions, including project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the proposed solution is feasible and aligns with company capabilities.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed and persuasive proposals, presentations, and documentation that clearly outline the proposed solution, benefits, and ROI for the client.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the sales team, technical teams, and clients during the pre-sales phase. Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication across all parties.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Provide insights to the sales team to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Demo and POC Support: Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and other pre-sales activities to showcase the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- RFP/RFI Responses: Lead the response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring all client questions are addressed with accurate and compelling information.
- Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including attending client meetings, answering technical questions, and ensuring alignment between client needs and proposed solutions.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements analysis, and solution design.
- Experience in creating detailed proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical teams, and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in pre-sales and business analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
