Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist with 6 months to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies. This role involves managing and executing SEO campaigns, optimizing web content, and enhancing our online.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic
- search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and images, to improve search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Perform regular site audits to identify and rectify technical SEO issues.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content and ensure it is aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in the management of paid search campaigns (PPC) and monitor their performance.
- Track, report, and analyze SEO and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles to enhance online presence and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 6 months to 4 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Proven experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with paid search (PPC) management and optimization.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and management.
- Certification in Google Analytics and Google Ads is a plus.
